The Role You''ll be taking ownership of a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, keeping monthly and quarterly records in order, preparing VAT returns, and ensuring clients'' financial records are accurate and up to date. You''ll work closely with the wider team, attending regular one-to-ones and team meetings, and following our well-established practice procedures. Key Responsibilities Include: Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping for a varied client portfolio Preparation and submission of VAT returns Journals and bookkeeping adjustments as required Communicating directly with clients in a professional and helpful manner Working within our practice management systems and document capture software Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner Assisting with year-end preparation and supporting colleagues and/ or accountants as required What We''re Looking For Qualifications and Experience Minimum ICB Level 2 or AAT Level 2 ..... full job details .....
