Your new role Bookkeeper - Role OverviewThis hands-on bookkeeping position supports the finance function with accurate and timely management of financial records and transactions. Key responsibilities include: Core Accounting DutiesProcessing purchase and subcontractor invoicesRaising quarterly sales invoicesEntering bank payments and receipts with correct allocationPosting monthly wage journals Reconciliation and ReportingMonthly bank and credit card reconciliationsMonthly intercompany balance reconciliationAd-hoc loan and supplier statement reconciliationsMonthly CIS reporting and quarterly VAT submissions via Sage 50 Financial AdministrationSetting up payments on NatWest online bankingFiling purchase invoices and maintaining organised recordsSupporting cash flow management through aged creditor reports and daily bank monitoring Ad-Hoc SupportAssisting with various finance-related tasks as neededWhat you''ll need to succeed Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeepingProficiency in Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous (ideally for CIS).Experience with bank and credit card reconciliationsExperience of intercompany ..... full job details .....
