Required for an established Northamptonshire based Accountancy Practice

Office based role (no hybrid working option)

Full time 9-5 Mon -Friday or Part Time 25-30hrs per week

-28,000 to -30,000 per annum ( pro rat if part time)

This Accountancy Practice boasts a rich history of expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and taxation services. With an established team it caters to businesses of all sizes, providing meticulous financial management and ensuring steadfast compliance with regulatory standards.

They are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have worked with XERO accountancy package and have a minimum of 1-2 years of background of Bookkeeping from within a professional firm and possess strong accounting skills and client communication.

Key Responsibilities of this Bookkeeping role will be to :

* Maintain and update financial records for multiple clients, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. * Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

* Bring the books to the trial balance stage.

* Prepare and submit tax forms for clients.

* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies for multiple client accounts.

* Process accounts receivable/payable for clients in a timely manner.

* Provide financial reports and statements to clients as needed.
