Bookkeeper

BOOKEEPER REQUIRED - ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE 25,000 to 28,000 - 2 DAYS IN POOLE / 3 DAYS IN RINGWOOD We are working with an Accountancy practice based in Ringwood, who are looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper who can work closely with a key client and deliver a highly professional accountancy service. The company have a key client based in Poole and provide on-site bookkeeping facilities for them 2-days per week and they require someone who can work at the clients premises and then work in the company office in Ringwood for 3-days a week. The role includes: Maintaining ledgers VAT returns Reviewing financial statements Preparing monthly and quarterly returns Completing monthly reports for clients Account preparation and filing The ideal candidate should possess strong client relationship skills and have prior experience as an experienced bookkeeper. You will be working in a small, well-established team under the guidance of the Directors of the business. Essential qualifications and skills include: Experience with cloud accountancy support, including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage CIS experience (essential) Excellent attention to detail Comfort with IT and data inputting Requirements: Previous Bookkeeping experience AAT Level 2 or 3 or qualified by experience Experience in an accountancy practice (preferred) Able to drive to clients premises (mileage allowance paid) Benefits: Salary guide of 25,000 to 28,000 for a 35 hour week Support with learning and ..... full job details .....
