This is a part time role offering 15-20 hours per week and the role will be remotely based.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a trusted, standalone finance role. Working remotely, you''ll manage the day-to-day finance function, supporting the Directors with reliable financial reporting while ensuring compliance across all financial activities.As the company''s Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:The complete finance function, ensuring the smooth running of all day-to-day accounting activitiesManaging the purchase and sales ledgerMaintaining accurate accounting records using SageProcessing supplier invoices and reconciling accountsDaily bank reconciliations and allocation of receiptsManaging online banking and supplier payment runsPreparing and submitting VAT returnsProcessing payroll and workplace pensionsMonitoring cashflow and preparing regular reportsProducing month-end management informationPreparing year-end accounts to trial balanceLiaising with external accountants and supporting the annual auditMaintaining financial records, fixed assets and loan schedulesProviding financial reports and analysis to the DirectorsWe''re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable ..... full job details .....
