Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper (Xero) Luxury Skincare Clinic West London We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a prestigious skincare and aesthetics business based in West,London. This is a part-time position working 3 days per week on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent role for the right candidate. Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with credit control Perform bank reconciliations on xero Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations Support VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations Provide ad hoc finance and administrative support as required The successful applicant will have strong bookkeeping experience and be highly proficient in Xero, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial processes accurately and efficiently. ..... full job details .....
