      <description>Location: Hoddesdon | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A highly respected mid sized accountancy practice, based in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit an experienced client bookkeeper to join the team. Working with a varied portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely bookkeeping, VAT returns, assisting in the day-to-day operations of clients and if experienced, management accounts. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work within a friendly and professional team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping records for a varied portfolio of clients.Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day bookkeeping queries.Provide bookkeeping software support and training to clients where required.Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements.If experienced, preparing management accounts and reports/data.Work with cloud-based and desktop accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and Dext.
