This is a fast-paced administrative role where you will be responsible for coordinating and booking appointments for our Sonography team, ensuring patients are scheduled efficiently and receive an excellent service. Key Responsibilities  Booking patient appointments for Sonographers Managing a high-volume workload of approximately 80 patient bookings per day Ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals regarding appointment availability Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment information Providing excellent customer service at all times  Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have:  Previous experience in a patient booking or healthcare administration role Experience using the Soliton system (essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Th...</description>
