Bolting Technician

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting: We are looking for Bolting Technicians for 12 to 14 days at the Isle of Grain. Immediate start available. We require 2 on days and 1 on nights. Day rate: 400 per day (during the week) and 450 per day (weekends) Night rate: 480 per night (during the week) and 540 per night (weekends). Lodge must be taken care of out of the rate. Must have:Valid TMJI10, TMJI18, TMJI19CCNSG Safety Passport.You will be responsible for executing bolting tasks efficiently and safely in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform bolting operations including torquing, tensioning, and nut splitting take out.Skilled in using various bolting tools and equipment to undertake and record; defined flange connections up to 900mm diameter pipework.Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Good communication skills.Document work activities.Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.Requirements3 years'' experience as a Bolting TechnicianStrong understanding of bolting techniques, tools, and equipment.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to bolting operations and working within strategic live gas facilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.Flexibility to work away as required.Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and working in ..... full job details .....
