Essential: - Mechanical or electrical maintenance background - Previous maintenance operations experience - NVQ Level 3 / C&G Part 3 Advanced (or equivalent) - HVAC experience - Facilities Management experience Desirable: - F-Gas and/or Gas Safe qualified - Pipe fitting, hydraulic and mechanical experience - Rapid roller shutter door maintenance - PAT testing - Compressed air systems knowledge - Boiler House / HPHW experience - Experience with barriers, bollards, turnstiles and access control systems - Understanding of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environmental metrics This role would suit a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills and experience maintaining a wide range of building services and plant equipment.
