Bodyshop Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable accident repair centre in Grays, Essex. This is an excellent Bodyshop Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a busy, professional environment committed to quality and efficiency.-

Duties of a Bodyshop Technician:

• Conduct a wide range of bodyshop repairs, including panel beating, paint spraying, and Mechanical Electrical Testing (MET)
• Support team members by providing expert repair services across all bodyshop disciplines
• Work efficiently to meet repair times whilst maintaining high standards of quality
• Incorporate Thatcham standards and insurance repair techniques where applicable
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician:

• Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, such as Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, MET, or Auto Electrician skills
• Experience working in an insurance bodyshop environment is highly desirable
• Full UK/EU driving licence essential due to the nature of the role
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering superior work
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
