Bodyshop Technical Lead

A privately owned Compact Bodyshop in the Braintree area is looking for a Bodyshop Technical Lead to join their team. Main Job Duties ; Job Allocation: Assign incoming vehicle repair tasks based on each technician''s skills and current workload. Workflow Management: Track repair milestones to ensure cars are finished on time. Assess and prepare Estimates using software systems Liaison: Communicate with parts suppliers, insurance companies, and customers regarding repair updates.
