Bodyshop Prepper required for Accident Repair Centre

- Location: Redditch
- Salary: Up To £18 p/h (DOE)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, Flexible working hours (40 and 45 hour week available)

Our client, a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Redditch, is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Prepper to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a skilled and professional team in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The Bodyshop Prepper will be:

- Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and filling.
- Ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for refinishing.
- Working to high industry standards to achieve excellent results.
- Identifying and rectifying any imperfections before paint application.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver quality workmanship.

Skills and Experience Required in this Bodyshop Prepper role:

- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Prepper in a busy accident repair centre.
- Strong knowledge of preparation techniques, including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately to a high standard.
- A keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and hard-working attitude.
