Cosmetic Supervisor Bodyshop Paint Location: Bedford Salary: £36,166 + bonus, overtime and benefits Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (07 00 / 09 00) A major automotive operation is looking for a hands-on Cosmetic Supervisor / Paint Team Leader to take ownership of a busy, fast paced bodyshop environment. This is not a desk job- you ll be on the workshop floor, leading from the front, supporting technicians, solving problems in real time and making sure every vehicle leaves the paint shop to the highest possible standard.
