Motofix are recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Repair Centre Manager to lead a high-performing, insurer-approved site in Aldershot.This is a site management role with full PandL responsibility for a £4.9mil turnover operation and a team of 26 staff. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating with clients and our expert production team to achieve outstanding results. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the public face of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch.Drive commercial performance (sales, profit margin) performance, ensuring alignment with business plans.Engage with staff regularly, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service-level agreements.Perform daily/weekly on-site and production reports and meetings Proactively gather and act on ..... full job details .....
