Bodyshop Manager

kolt recruitment are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join a large and well-established group of accident repair centres based in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a leadership role within a growing and highly reputable accident repair group. This role will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy bodyshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency and quality standards are maintained while leading and motivating the workshop team. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of a busy accident repair centre Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians, panel beaters, painters and support staff Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer and insurance standards Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability Manage work allocation and ensure jobs progress through the workshop smoothly Maintain strong relationships with insurers, suppliers and customers Ensure health and safety and company standards are maintained at all times Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Manager or Assistant Bodyshop Manager Strong background within accident repair / bodyshop environments Proven leadership and team management experience Strong organisational and operational management skills Ability to drive workshop performance ..... full job details .....
