Bodyshop Driver & Valeter (Combined Role) Details:
Salary: £28,000+ DOE + Individual performance bonus
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week)
Location: Bordon, East Hampshire

 
A busy and established Accident Repair Centre is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bodyshop Driver & Valeter to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forwardthinking business that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
 
The Role
This is a combined Bodyshop Driver and Vehicle Valeter position. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer vehicles, as well as ensuring vehicles are cleaned, presented, and prepared to a high standard before and after repair.

 
Key Responsibilities
 
Driving / Collection & Delivery
·Safe and efficient collection and delivery of vehicles to agreed destinations
·Communicating effectively with colleagues to improve workflow and efficiency
·Driving responsibly and reporting when vehicles require servicing or repair
·Following company health & safety procedures at all times
·Reporting any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage without delay
·Promoting a professional company image when dealing with customers and suppliers
Valeting / Yard Duties
·Washing and cleaning vehicles before and after repair
·Checking and recording vehicle damage on arrival
·High-quality valeting from start to finish, including buffing and polishing
·General movement of vehicles around site
·Supporting day-to-day workshop duties as required

 
Requirements & Skills
 
·Full, clean UK Driving Licence
·Valid CPC
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Valeter within an Accident Repair Centre
·Experience with buffing and polishing
·Good local area knowledge and confidence on UK roads and motorways
·Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
·Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
·Organised, reliable, and safety-conscious
