Bodyshop Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Bodyshop Advisor role based in Grays, Essex.

This Bodyshop Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to deliver exceptional customer service within a busy automotive environment. The successful Bodyshop Advisor will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer journey while supporting the daily operations of the bodyshop.

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of -27,000 per annum, with an on-target earning of approximately -30,000
• Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break

Duties:

• Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding repair progress
• Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries efficiently
• Processing customer information accurately and maintaining detailed records
• Supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and correspondence
• Ensuring reception area remains clean and presentable
• Representing the business professionally and promoting excellent customer service

Requirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role include:

• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems
• Well-organised with attention to detail
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and approachable attitude
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
