Overview

Vertu Accident Repair Centre Teesside is looking for a Bodyshop Administrator to join the team. We are offering a basic salary of £26,780 per annum plus company benefits.Responsibilities

Processing of invoices for work completed.Liaising with credit control to assist with the payment of invoices and debt control.Managing live job cards and Bodyshop work in progress.Reception cover including answering phone calls, email enquiries and supporting handovers.Liaising with customers to discuss the progress of work.Assist with processing of purchase invoices.Assist with ordering and stock control.General administrative tasks within the department.Assist with updating systems.Qualifications

Strong experience in administration and a strong customer service background.Pro-active team member with initiative to support the Bodyshop.Employment details
