We are seeking a visionary Lead BIW Engineer to head the development of next-generation, premium Upper Body structures and moving closure systems. Starting from a clean sheet, you will use your technical expertise to create lightweight, high-performance architectures that set new global benchmarks for structural rigidity, crashworthiness, and aerodynamic integration.   Your Impact     Concept Architecture:  Lead desktop architecture studies and develop robust structural concepts from proof-of-concept (POC) through to production.   Cross-Functional Leadership:  Collaborate closely with Studio Design, Crash Safety, NVH, and Manufacturing teams to negotiate and resolve early packaging and styling conflicts.   Technical Benchmarking:  Plan and execute physical vehicle teardowns and virtual CAD benchmarking of competitor bodies to evaluate sealing, mechanisms, and construction methods.
