Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of closure commodities to meet quality, cost, and timing targets Manage engineering releases and ensure accurate technical documentation (e.g. FESO, EIDs) Drive virtual build phases and support physical build activities , resolving issues through to completion Coordinate and lead cross-functional design and assembly reviews Conduct failure mode prevention activities (DFMEA, lessons learned, QHR) Lead root cause analysis for technical issues and implement robust solutions Work closely with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and feasibility Define and achieve performance targets through simulation and validation Manage CAD resource allocation across internal and external teams Required Experienc...
