Job Title- Body and Paint Letcurer

Salary- -26,000- -48,000 (dependant on qualifications)

Location- West Bromwich

Contract Type- Permanent- Full-time

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lecturer in Body and Paint to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Body and Paint courses.

Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.

Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.

Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

A Level 3 qualification in Body and Paint or relevant.

Extensive industry experience in Body and Paint.

A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
