      <description>Location: The Hyde | Salary: &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | BOAS Engineer – Colindale – £50,000  A leading facilities management company is looking for an experienced BOAS Engineer to join their team in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established organisation providing high-quality services to a variety of commercial clients.  Key responsibilities    Carry out reactive and planned BOAS maintenance across site assets    Service and maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical plant    Undertake water testing, dosing, and legionella compliance tasks    Complete accurate maintenance records and reports in line with company procedures    Work as part of a small engineering team, supporting the smooth delivery of facilities services    Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety standards and site procedures    Skills and experience    Proven experience as a BOAS Engineer within a commercial or FM environment    Strong knowledge of plant room operations, heating systems, and associated controls    Competent in reactive and planned maintenance procedures    Familiar with legionella awareness (L8) and other regulatory compliance requirements    Ability to work independently and as part...</description>
