The Role We are seeking an experienced and committed Trustee to join our Board and contribute to the strategic leadership and governance of the charity. Trustees play a central role in ensuring The Passage remains financially sustainable, well governed, and focused on delivering high quality services that meet the needs of the communities we serve. Key responsibilities include: Providing strategic oversight and constructive challenge Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements Supporting and scrutinising organisational performance Acting as an ambassador for the charity and its mission Contributing to Board committees as required Person Specification We welcome applications from individuals with: Senior leadership experience in any sector Strong strategic judgement and analytical skills Commitment to social justice and addressing homelessness Integrity, independence of thought, and a collaborative approach Capacity to dedicate time to Board ..... full job details .....
