Board Level Finance Leadership Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious / experienced finance leader to join an innovative and complex manufacturing business at board level. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational direction of the company.This role offers substantial scope to influence the company''s ongoing growth and development. You will lead the finance function alongside HR and IT, delivering operational excellence and long-term business planning.The business is planning an ERP and systems upgrade, providing a chance to lead change and enhance financial and operational reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingAnalyse financial data to assess performance and drive improvementManage and support the finance, HR, and IT teamsMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standardsManage treasury activities, including cash flow and working capitalOversee ERP and systems upgrade planned over the next 18 months Experience Required Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling, and analysisExperience of employment and contract lawExperience in ERP or systems implementationExperience in manufacturing, construction, or oil and gas sectors preferredStrong analytical, ..... full job details .....
