Trainee Vehicle Technician We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Vehicle Technician to join our team in our brand new workshop at Sytner BMW MINI Swansea. Are you currently working in a fast fit garage, MOT centre, independent garage or vehicle repair workshop and looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps you have already achieved your Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, but haven''t yet had the opportunity to progress to Level 3? If so, we want to hear from you. You don''t need previous BMW or main dealer experience. What we''re looking for is someone with the right attitude, a passion for working with cars and the ambition to develop into a highly skilled BMW Technician. We''ll provide the training, support and experience to help you get there. Your development This is a genuine development opportunity with a clear career pathway. You''ll join us with a minimum of six months'' practical experience and a Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent qualification) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, and we''ll support you as you work to achieve Level 3. You''ll work alongside an experienced BMW Technician who will act as your mentor, giving you hands-on guidance, coaching and support as you develop your technical skills and confidence. Once you have achieved the required level of technical competence, you''ll have the opportunity to progress onto BMW technical training and qualifications to continue your development.
