This is a leadership role where you will support the day-to-day running of the Bodyshop, Panel Shop and Rapid Repair areas. You will be responsible for managing workflow, controlling Work in Progress (WIP), allocating repairs, monitoring repair progress and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Controllers, Workshop Seniors and Technicians, you will help maximise productivity, maintain repair throughput, resolve operational issues and ensure customer expectations and business targets are achieved.
