BMW Car Park Attendant and Driver

About the role Sytner BMW Nottingham is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Car Park Attendant and Driver to join our fantastic team! As a Car Park Attendant and Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive on our car park. You will be an ambassador for our brand values, promoting our commitment to exceptional customer service and going the extra mile to exceed our customers'' expectations. You ll also be responsible for moving cars to ensure we have customer spaces on the front and aiding the technicians with locating cars in order to maximise workshop efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they arrive on our car park, welcoming them with a friendly and positive attitude. Assist customers with parking their vehicles, providing guidance and directions where necessary. Monitor the car park to ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated areas and that there are no safety or security concerns. Maintain a clean and tidy car park, removing litter and debris and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that customers'' vehicles are safe and secure, and assist them with any issues that may arise during their stay. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential. A friendly and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
