We are recruiting for a full-time Service Reception Manager to become part of our exceptional team at Sytner BMW Leicester.  As a Service Reception Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Service Advisors, Aftersales Consultants, and Showroom Hosts to ensure excellent customer service and first-time resolution, with the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. You will oversee service advisors, support the service department, and deliver comprehensive Aftersales services, including maximising profitability and providing our customers with “Best Advice”.
