We have an exciting opportunity to join Sytner Tamworth BMW and MINI as our BMW and MINI Accessory Sales Expert. This is a newly created role within our Parts and Accessories team, with one clear focus: helping our customers personalise and enhance their BMW or MINI. From the latest alloy wheels and exterior styling packages to interior accessories, lifestyle products and genuine BMW and MINI accessories, you''ll help customers discover the options available and create a car that feels genuinely their own. About the role A large part of your time will be spent working alongside our New and Used Car Sales teams, meeting customers during their buying journey and introducing them to the latest range of genuine BMW and MINI accessories. You will also identify opportunities with customers visiting our Service and Bodyshop departments, making sure they know what is available for their existing car. We''re looking for someone proactive, energetic and confident who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and spotting opportunities. You''ll develop excellent product knowledge and become our dealership expert for BMW and MINI accessories, helping customers choose products that complement their car, their lifestyle and their individual tastes.
