BMS/HVAC Administrator

This is a varied role combining technical estimating, quotations, customer requirements and site visits, giving you the opportunity to understand projects properly rather than simply working from a desk. This role would suit someone if you are wanting to join a growing team that offers progression opportunities. If you are wanting to grow your skills and be office based then this is the role for you. This opportunity allows you to step back from being on the road and you will be able to have a team that you can work alongside and build a real relationship. You will be joining an established team where they will offer full training but having a background in BMS or HVAC is essential to be considered. The Role Manage your own workload from enquiry through to quotation Prepare accurate technical quotations and job documentation Review specifications and customer requirements Minimal site visits to assess projects Work closely with engineers and internal teams Use your technical knowledge to develop practical solutions This is not a corporate, KPI-driven environment.
