The Role As a BMS Support Engineer, you''ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building control systems, delivering a high standard of service, and providing technical support to site stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements. Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues to maximise system performance and reliability. Complete minor repairs, modifications and remedial works. Conduct routine inspections of BMS equipment and associated controls. Respond to service calls and provide technical support during system failures and breakdowns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions. Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
