BMS Supervisor

BMS Supervisor - London and surrounding areas I''m representing a BMS Specialist who have a big focus on optimiszing buildings, IoT solutions and conventional BMS service and retrofit project work. They require a BMS Supervisor to join their BMS service and small works division, they''re keen to speak to individuals with team leading experience and / or abilities. The BMS Supervisor will be joining an established division, the role has been created to support business growth and furtther improve on the company structure. The BMS supervisor will be from a BMS Engineering background and have a solid understanding of Trend or Tridium products. The package for the BMS Supervisor would include 50,000 - 60,000 per annum + car (EV scheme option) or car allowance + pension + healthcare + weekly expenses and more. My client''s sites mainly consist of Trend and Tridium products including IQvision and N4. The BMS Supervisors duties would include supervising a team of 5 currently, attending site surveys, energy audits, coordinating small projects and supporting engineers with technical quieres when they arise. The BMS Supervisor can expect to work in some well known commercial buildings in London. My client''s portfolio of clients include universities, colleges, office builds, private clubs, leisure and more.
