BMS Service Team Leader North West Circa £55 000 dependent on experience If you are looking for an opportunity to blend hand on technical BMS expertise whilst developing a growing team of engineers then this is the role for you. I am looking for an experienced BMS Service Team Leader to join a household name in the BMS space. You ll play a key role in ensuring BMS systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with client expectations while helping shape the future of smart building service delivery. You will be: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of BMS Service Engineers Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across client sites Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and fault diagnostics Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectations, managing scheduling, call outs etc. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service Essential Experience and Skills You will have: Proven hands-on experience servicing and maintaining BMS systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with energy management and smart building technologies.
