BMS Service Team Leader

Hands-on Technical Leadership- Smart Buildings and Energy OptimisationWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Building Management System (BMS) Service Team Leader to join our Smart Infrastructure division! In this role, you''ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, being responsible for a team of engineers while ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems across a variety of client sites.The role will require travel within the UK and your defined geographical area will be the North of the UK (Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham) Successful applicants will generally work within a defined geographical area, however travel outside this allocated area will be required from time to time.It''s exceptionally important that our people enjoy working here and therefore we take phenomenal pride in having a friendly, helpful and engaging cultureYou will make an impact by Supervise and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities for BMS systemsAct as the point of contact for raised technical issues and complex fault diagnosticsEnsure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectationLead and support a small team of BMS service engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoringConduct site audits, system health checks, and performance evaluationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryAssist in the development of energy-saving ..... full job details .....
