BMS Service EngineerLocation: Chelsea / Sutton, London Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum negotiable DOE Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Overtime opportunities Company vehicle / car allowance or EV scheme Generous annual leave Company pension Private healthcare Additional company benefits and discretionary bonus We are currently working with a leading BMS and controls business who are looking for an experienced Static BMS Service Engineer to join their team, working on a busy and critical client site in the Chelsea/Sutton area.The RoleThis is a predominantly service-focused position where you will take ownership of the BMS across the site, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive fault-finding and supporting the client with ongoing system improvements.Take ownership of BMS service and maintenance across a busy, critical static siteCarry out planned maintenance and reactive fault-finding across BMS and HVAC controlsAct as the main technical point of contact for day-to-day BMS issuesBuild a strong working relationship with the client and site teamsIdentify remedial works and opportunities to improve system performanceComplete service reports and maintain accurate BMS documentationSupport wider project-based works and other engineering requirements when requiredWork independently while liaising with the Service and Engineering ManagersExperience Required3-4+ years'' experience within BMS/BEMS service engineeringStrong hands-on experience with Trend BMS systemsGood understanding ..... full job details .....
