The role offers a mix of planned maintenance, reactive support, system optimisation and small project work, providing plenty of variety while working with a broad customer base. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and fault-find on Building Management Systems across multiple sites. Identify opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency. Carry out software modifications, controller changes and graphics updates where required. Complete site surveys and provide recommendations for upgrades and remedial works. Support the delivery of small installation and commissioning projects. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and provide technical support when required. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
