Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on BMS systems and associated control panels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of commercial and retail sites

- Liaise professionally with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service
- Support the efficient operation of BMS systems to help improve energy performance
