Job Title: BMS Service Engineer (Mobile)
Location: North West (Manchester/ Liverpool)
Salary: Salary up to -55,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a leading company within the Building Management Systems sector. This mobile role will involve servicing, maintaining, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems
• Diagnose faults and perform reactive maintenance and repairs
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Support and mentor junior engineers when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure all works are completed within agreed timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with small works, upgrades, and modifications to BMS systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Trend Experience
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
