The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC controls, BMS software and field devices, with proven experience working with Siemens BMS platforms, including Desigo, PX and associated Siemens controllers and supervisory systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems. Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, valves, plant and associated control equipment. Service, maintain and optimise Siemens BMS systems, including Siemens Desigo/PX platforms. Undertake BMS software modifications, graphics updates, trend analysis and system adjustments.
