BMS Service Engineer £400- £550 Per Day Location: Greater London Mobile / Various School Sites Job Type: Temporary Contract 6 Months Rate: Up to £550 per day (Negotiable Depending on Experience) Start Date: 1 December 2026 End Date: 1 June 2027 Working Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week Security Clearance: Enhanced DBS Required The Opportunity City Site Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management and Smart Buildings team, working across multiple educational sites throughout Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Management Systems Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Niagara, Distech and Siemens BMS systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and optimising Building Management Systems across a portfolio of schools, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. As the role involves working within educational environments, an Enhanced DBS is essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on Building Management Systems. Service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS systems, particularly Trend, Tridium and Distech. Diagnose and rectify faults within BMS controllers, sensors, actuators and associated control equipment.
