BMS Service EngineerLocation: South and Central LondonSalary: Up to 55,000 + Car Allowance + BonusAbout the RoleAn established and growing Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join its expanding service division.This field-based role combines planned and reactive maintenance with small works and project support across commercial and mixed-use sites throughout South and Central London, with occasional travel to surrounding areas including Surrey, Berkshire and Croydon.The position offers exposure to a range of BMS platforms including Trend, Tridium, Distech and Delta Controls, alongside ongoing training and development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outsDiagnose and resolve faults across BMS systemsSupport small works, upgrades, and system improvementsAssist with commissioning activities where requiredProduce service reports and technical documentationBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teamsParticipate in a 24-hour call-out rota (approx. 1 in 5 weeks)Identify remedial and upgrade opportunities on client sitesExperience RequiredEssential:Experience within the BMS / Building Controls industryStrong service and fault-finding backgroundExperience with Trend systemsFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Exposure to Tridium / Niagara systemsSmall works or commissioning experienceHVAC / mechanical plant knowledgeSkills and AttributesStrong technical ..... full job details .....
