BMS Service / Account Coordinator - Remote

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK leading specialist within the building energy management systems (bems) sector.

They have a very interesting and exciting new opportunity within the business that will help manage a key and large national account.

The Role:

• Reporting to the national contracts manager, this role supports the day to day operations and service coordination of a key and very important account
• The aim of the role is to help deliver consistent, high-quality service by maintaining effective processes and procedures and keeping the account running smoothly day to day
• Contract and service operations - PPM Planning, access coordination, incident, escalation and SLA Support
• Remote Monitoring Coordination - supporting remote monitored sites
• Commercial support - assisting with contract renewal, profitability tracking and revenue capture
• Customer relationship and stakeholder management

Requirements:

• Experience within service management / service coordination
• Account support or contract support experience
• A working understanding of BMS / HVAC Plant would be an advantage along with remote monitoring principles
• Strong organisational skills, process and communication skills
• Commercial awareness, with an eye for contract profitability, SLA''s and revenue capture
• Customer focused

This is a very key position that will play an integral role within a leading BMS business.

Salary:

• -60,000 - -65,000
• -7297 Car Allowance or Company Car
