You''ll also have the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, provide expert advice and build long-term relationships with customers. What You''ll Be DoingCarry out planned preventative maintenance on customer BMS installations.Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of building control systems.Respond to reactive service calls and system failures.Deliver upgrade projects, from controller replacements through to full BMS system modernisation.Provide technical support, guidance and advice to customers.Produce accurate service reports and maintain clear technical documentation.Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical expert.Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and energy efficiency.Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and customer service.
