BMS Senior Engineer

Our client is an established global engineering company who are looking to bring on board a Senior BMS Engineer to join their team. This is a lead role, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for a team of engineers ensuring that there is smooth operation and maintenance of BMS systems.

This is a role, where the person will be joining a growing team where they can eventually progress into a management position.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinate planned reactive maintenance for BMS systems
• Lead a team of 3-4 Engineers
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring when required
• Conduct site audits, system health checks, and performance evaluations
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

What they are looking for?

• Proven experience with BMS systems
• Experience in a supervisor or team leadership role. They will also accept well experienced BMS engineers who are looking to move into a leadership role
• Experience with fault-finding
• Right to work in the UK
• UK driving License
