BMS Account Manager (Sales / BDM Focus)


Location: Glasgow / Aberdeen / Leeds / Manchester (can be any of these locations as would be very field based
Salary: Up to -60,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Car/Allowance

The Opportunity


Vantage Consulting are partnered with a leading BMS provider to recruit a commercially driven BMS Account Manager.
This role blends account management with business development, giving you ownership of key client relationships while also driving new business growth. It''s ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, spotting opportunities, and turning them into revenue.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts to maximise long-term value
  • Act as the main point of contact, delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across your client base and network
  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Achieve sales targets and commercial objectives
  • Forecast pipeline activity and order intake
  • Produce technical proposals and support project estimation
  • Conduct client meetings, reviews, and growth planning sessions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives


What We''re Looking For

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage your own territory
  • Interest in technology and innovative solutions
  • Full UK driving licence


Desirable

  • Experience within BMS / BEMS
  • Electrical or mechanical qualifications


Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Field-based with regular face-to-face client interaction
