BMS Sales Account Manager


Location: Glasgow or Aberdeen
Salary: Up to -60,000 + bonus + car/car allowance

About the Role


Vantage Consulting are working with a leading organisation in the smart buildings and BEMS sector to recruit a BMS Sales Account Manager.
This is a client-facing role focused on managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored building management and energy solutions. You will be regularly meeting clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Forecast pipeline and order intake
  • Produce detailed technical proposals and project estimates
  • Lead commercial initiatives and support wider business objectives
  • Conduct regular client reviews to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence


Desirable

  • Experience within the BEMS / BMS industry
  • Technical qualifications (electrical and/or mechanical preferred)
  • Interest in smart buildings, energy, and innovative technologies
