They''re looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in delivering projects while helping develop their Northern operation.This is a genuine long-term opportunity for someone ambitious. As the Northern business grows, the role has the potential to progress into running the division, with a clear pathway towards a Divisional Director position.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for managing BMS projects from design and engineering through to installation, commissioning and handover.Key responsibilities include:Managing BMS projects from inception through to completion.Managing programmes, budgets and project deliverables.Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and installation teams.Acting as a key point of contact for clients.Overseeing BMS design, software, graphics and engineering activities.Managing project documentation, specifications and OandM information.Supporting commissioning and handover.Building strong client relationships and identifying further opportunities.Working closely with senior management to support the growth of the Northern division.About YouProven experience managing BMS/BEMS projects.Strong understanding of BMS controls, HVAC and associated systems.Experience managing projects through to commissioning and ..... full job details .....
