This role offers full ownership of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard, while meeting client expectations and UK regulatory requirements. Operating within a hybrid model, you will spend 2 to 3 days on site across projects typically located in the Midlands, North of London and Manchester. The Role You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of BMS projects, from initial scope through to final handover. This includes defining project programmes and budgets, managing procurement and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered in line with UK building regulations, CDM requirements and internal standards.
