Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers. Lead engineers, subcontractors, and site teams across London-based projects. Act as the key client contact, ensuring communication and delivery are aligned. Oversee quality, safety, and technical compliance across all works. What We’re Looking For Proven Project Manager experience, or a Senior BMS Engineer ready to step up. Strong technical background with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens. Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and control narratives. Track record delivering projects up to £500k within commercial/industrial sectors.
